The growing prevalence of childhood obesity represents a significant challenge for European health, education, and social systems, disproportionately affecting children and families in vulnerable conditions, who often face limited access to information and preventive resources. In this context, Healthy EAT aims to prevent childhood obesity and promote healthy lifestyles by strengthening parental competences and supporting social and healthcare educators. The project addresses these challenges by improving food and nutrition literacy, promoting informed nutritional choices, and fostering healthy family and community environments through a multifactorial, participatory, and life-course-oriented approach.
