Our roles within projects

Technical manager

We bring our expertise in the development and implementation of technological solutions, providing both technical and operational support, and ensuring the effective integration of IT components within the project.

Project Manager

We oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, coordinating activities, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution, on-time delivery, and achievement of expected outcomes. We also lead specific Work Packages to drive forward key project activities.

Dissemination & communication manager

We handle the development and implementation of the dissemination strategy, ensuring that project results are effectively communicated to target audiences and key stakeholders.

Coordinators

We oversee and manage all aspects of the project, ensuring full alignment with its objectives, effective stakeholder management, and the successful achievement of project milestones.
