Socialit Software and Consulting srl, founded in 2011, is a company that offers IT solutions and consulting services in the field of European funding and financing. Over the years we have decided to invest more and more in research and development activities, convinced that we have embarked on the right path. To date we have carried out 15 European projects and we have another 6 in the pipeline in which we will be technical partners.

Thanks to the great experience gained in the IT sector, we have decided to expand our services by proposing ourselves as a custom software development company. We develop innovative IT solutions tailored to each type of customer, accompanying them throughout the life cycle of the project: from the collection of requirements to the distribution of the product.

We work in an extremely dynamic sector, where the study, the adoption of new technologies, including AI, and the testing of increasingly efficient solutions are at the heart of our activities. Description of the figure sought: Front-end developer

The person we are looking for is a Front-end Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in developing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, a good knowledge of PHP, and advanced web page styling skills. A solid transversal competence in 2D and 3D image processing is also required, as well as a knowledge of emerging technologies such as virtual reality and a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Requirements required

• 1-2 years of experience in related roles
• Good knowledge of the English language both at the spoken and written level (B2)
• Aptitude for problem solving and teamwork
• Standard web front-end knowledge and programming (html, css, js, jquery)
• JavaScript Framework: Experience using modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• HTML5/CSS3/SCSS: Ability to style and optimize responsive web layouts using modern technologies such as CSS3, SCSS and Flexbox.
• WordPress: Experience in customizing themes and plugins, with the ability to develop and manage WordPress sites.
• 2D/3D image processing: Ability to use graphic editing tools and 3D modeling software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender.
• Knowledge of object programming language (preferably Java)
• Basic web backend knowledge and programming
• Development of graphic prototypes (mockups)
• Knowledge and use of UX/UI concepts

Preferential requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
• Experience in team project management with Agile methodology
• Virtual reality: Basic knowledge of VR and its applications in web development.
• Knowledge of object programming language
• Familiarity with code versioning via Git
• Ability to optimize performance and focus on web security
