Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website collect certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI -Uniform Resource Identifier- addresses of requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file received in response, numerical code indicating the server’s response status – success, error, etc. – and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment). Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified individuals, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Such data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to ensure its proper functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of potential cybercrimes against the site.

Data Voluntarily Provided by the User

No personal data is required from the user to consult the site.
However, any contact with the HOLDER, or the voluntary, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, emails or traditional mail to the contacts indicated on the site, will lead to the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address – including email address or telephone number – necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communications.
Such data will be used solely to respond to the user’s request and may be communicated to third parties only if necessary for that purpose.
Consent is not required for this processing, as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation), and, where applicable, to comply with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
Data will be processed by personnel authorized by the HOLDER using procedures, technical and IT tools designed to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data. Processing operations include collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction of the data, including the combination of two or more of the aforementioned activities.
Data will be stored only for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service and will be deleted immediately afterwards, unless otherwise required by law. Your data will not be disclosed.
In the context of its activities and for the purposes indicated above, the HOLDER may use services provided by third parties acting on its behalf and according to its instructions, as data processors. These are entities that provide the HOLDER with processing or instrumental services (e.g., IT services for website operation). Data may be transferred within the European Union, where the HOLDER or its suppliers are established or have their servers. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
You have the right, at any time, to exercise your rights under applicable law, including the right to:

  • receive confirmation of the existence of your personal data and access its content;
  • update, modify and/or correct your personal data;
  • request deletion (right to be forgotten), anonymization, blocking of unlawfully processed data, or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing for legitimate reasons;
  • receive a copy of your data and request that such data be transmitted to another data holder.
