The first on-site meeting<\/span><\/h2>\n

On <\/span>\u00a0October 27<\/b>th<\/b>\u00a0 and 28<\/b>th<\/b> \u00a0<\/span>2021<\/b>, the 2<\/span>nd<\/span> transnational meeting of the E+ project <\/span>Work@ble – Digital job coaching for disadvantaged people<\/i><\/b> took place in <\/span>Tallinn,<\/b> Estonia. After a year of online activities due to Covid-19, the project partners have met in person. The meeting was attended by the representatives of each partner (<\/span>Social IT<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>, <\/span>Daf\u00fcr<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>, <\/span>Lyk-z & d\u00f8tre<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>, <\/span>Theotokos<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>, <\/span>Astangu<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span> and the project coordinator, <\/span>Fundaci\u00f3n INTRAS<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>) and a few educators and job coaches working with people with disabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The project<\/span><\/h2>\n

The main aim of the Work@ble project is to train <\/span>job coaches<\/b>,<\/span> involved in the employment of people with disabilities, in the use of digital tools for online assessment, job training and support of their users. A <\/span>toolkit <\/b>will be developed to collect best practices of online job coaching, which will be used to train coaches on the use of digital tools to be used with their users with mental disabilities and Specific Learning Disorders (LSD). An <\/span>e-Scape Room<\/b> (Intellectual Output 2<\/b>)<\/i><\/b> will be developed as a digital version of the famous logic game to be used by coaches to assess users’ job skills.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting activities<\/span><\/h2>\n

During the meeting, participants were able to exchange opinions and <\/span>feedback<\/b> on the work already done, decide together the <\/span>contents <\/b>of the future e-Scape Room and plan the first tests of the prototype with users. The two days were organized and divided into different topics:<\/span><\/p>\n
