{"id":4719,"date":"2025-03-25T15:16:38","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T14:16:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.socialit.it\/casi-studio\/cooperativa-amica\/"},"modified":"2025-06-10T16:28:39","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T14:28:39","slug":"cooperativa-amica","status":"publish","type":"casi-studio","link":"https:\/\/www.socialit.it\/en\/case-studies\/cooperativa-amica\/","title":{"rendered":"Cooperativa Amica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amicacoop.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooperativa amica<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a social enterprise based in Trentino that promotes inclusion and well-being in the workplace, with a special focus on the health of people in vulnerable situations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2022, Cooperativa Amica approached Socialit with a clear request: to develop an app to support the physical and mental well-being of remote workers, responding to new needs that emerged with the spread of smart working.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What initially appeared to be a typical software development request soon turned into a shared vision. After jointly evaluating available resources and the potential of the idea, Socialit proposed a shift in direction: to structure the project as part of an Erasmus+ application, offering support in project design, fundraising, and proposal writing. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This strategic choice marked a turning point: from a simple client, Cooperativa Amica became an active partner within the European<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/mentorplusproject.eu\/it\/home-italiano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MENTOR+<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">project, an international consortium with seven partners from Italy, Greece, Slovenia, and Cyprus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together, Cooperativa Amica and Socialit designed and developed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A multidimensional program for the well-being of remote workers, integrating physical exercises, mental techniques, and nutritional advice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An open-access, user-friendly digital platform to promote daily activity and improve the quality of working life<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multilingual training materials for educators, HR managers, and social workers to support the adoption of the program<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the technical development, Socialit managed the entire digital infrastructure of the project, actively contributing to the methodological design, dissemination, and coordination of activities in collaboration with all partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This experience produced tangible results:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A free web application available across Europe<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over 200 professionals involved in the pilot phase<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New connections established with European networks for future projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The collaboration between Socialit and Cooperativa Amica continues today, with new initiatives already in co-design.
